Why Can't I Save the WT Settings for the WT500, WT1800, or WT3000 When Using WTViewer?

The WTViewer Save Setting feature will only save the setting information of the WTViewer. The Save Setting feature will NOT save the setting information of the instrument. The saved file for the WT500, WT1800 or WT3000 is a *.CFG format, which cannot save the settings of the instrument.

If you wish the save the settings of the instrument, you can use the dialog box to save the WT settings in a USB memory device or the PC. In addition, you can use WTFileReader to convert the files containing the saved settings to files in CSV format. Follow the procedures below for instructions on how to save WT settings.
